Decorating Challenge/Opportunity:

Our customer came in looking for a chair to replace her existing recliner that she’d had for TWENTY years! She is 78 years old and wanted a wall-hugger recliner that offered comfort for her back and hip, but it also needed to match her décor. She commented from the start that she doesn’t like change and if we could find the exact material and style of her existing chair, that would be exactly what she was looking for.

Brymons solution:

Our decorator began by having her try out different recliners that were easy to push down and get out of for her. From there they compared the options available to a picture of the existing chair the customer had brought with her. Much to her delight, our customer was able to choose a wall-hugger recliner that matched her existing fabric and colors perfectly! She was also pleased that our decorator had taken her desires into consideration and offered her exactly what she was looking for. As she left, she was smiling and looking forward to enjoying her new purchase.
